Cold Smoke Baffle - SM020, SM025, SM040, SM045, SM066
This stainless steel baffle converts your smoker to a cold-smoke
machine. Replace the botton grill with the baffle and set a pan of ice on the
baffle. Load the grills with product. Place wood in the smokers fire box, and
turn on the heat. When the wood begins to smoke, turn off the heat. Cold smoke
for the recommended amount of time for your product. This Cold Smoke Kit fits
the SM020, SM025, SM040, and SM045, and SM066 residential smokers.
